Create Less, Launch Faster

A no-fluff product guide for minimalist creators.
Create Less, Launch Faster

Create a Product Without Losing Your Mind

You don’t need 10 hours of video.

You don’t need a team.

You don’t need a flashy funnel.

What you need is a useful idea and a simple system to ship it.

Here’s how I approach building a minimalist product. One that aligns with my values, helps others, and doesn’t drag me into burnout.

Step 1: Start With One Real Problem

Don’t chase trends. Solve something you've already overcome.

Ask yourself:

  • What question do people keep asking me?
  • What do I wish I had when I was starting out?

If you're still not sure, write an atomic essay about the topic and see how people respond.

Step 2: Build the Minimum Viable Format

Forget production polish. A 20-page PDF can outperform a full video course if it’s tight, clear, and actionable.

Choose a format that fits the content and your style:

  • A PDF guide
  • A Notion template
  • An email-based course
  • A hand-drawn printable

Build once, then improve later.

Step 3: Ship Fast, Revise Slow

Don’t wait for perfect. Launch it early.

Use a soft CTA in your newsletter. Offer it to your most engaged readers. Collect feedback quietly.

Minimalist creation is iterative:
Build → Share → Improve → Repeat.

Step 4: Price Like You Respect Yourself

Low-friction pricing works well: $5–$49 for most starter products. But make sure your price reflects the clarity and usefulness of what you’ve made.

You’re not selling volume. You’re selling focus.

Explain what it saves — time, confusion, decision fatigue — and people will see the value.

Step 5: Use It to Build Trust

Every product is a tiny promise.

Keep it honest, helpful, and aligned with your ethos, and it becomes more than a download — it becomes proof of who you are.

That’s the kind of marketing that doesn’t feel gross.

That’s the kind of product that lasts.

You Don’t Need to Go Big. Just Go True.

One simple product can kick off a whole ecosystem.

Your first thing won’t be perfect. But it’ll be yours.

And that’s the point.
